Vanessa Feltz , the TV presenter and broadcaster, revealed, in an interview with Hello! Magazine, how she lost two stones in three months thanks to a diet regime that include a healthy diet, exercise and Appesat, a diet supplement that contains Bioginate Complex, a patented fibre complex extracted from the seaweed Laminaria digitata.
