Guess its detoxing properties are true along with a laxative effect! I feel as though I am losing weight as clothes are more comfortable and people who dont know I am on the tea have commented.The most amazing thing for me is that I am having to force myself to eat! The tea is drinkable if I tell myself it is delicious and making me thin...I am not a fan of herbal teas ..although one of my friends who drinks green tea all the time says it tastes quite pleasant ...hmmm...whatever!...but I have tasted much worse! I will update here once my cast is off and I can get weighed..watch this space................. Even if i were to stop loosing weight i'd still use it as it tastes great!! I've reccomended it to several of my friends who seem interested! But would reccommend it to ANYONE!
